Aviation Operations Specialist

Enlist as a soldier into the United States Army and become an Aviation Operations Specialist who schedules and dispatches tactical aircraft missions and performs associated operational administrative duties. This is NOT a civilian contractor position. No experience necessary. Position is entry level.

JOB DUTIES

• Schedule and dispatch tactical aircraft missions and making one the largest fleets of aircraft in the world run safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate flight plans, maintain flight logs, and alert crash crews of emergencies.

PAID TRAINING

• 10 weeks of Basic Training.
• 8 weeks of Technical School with on-the-job instructions.

ORGANIZATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Between 17-34 years old.
• No felonies. (Defer Adjudication included).
• Current High School Senior, High school graduate or GED equivalent.
• Permanent resident or US citizen.
• Meet physical standards based on gender and age.
• Pass the Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB) test.
