To keep our standards world‑class, all trainers must possess:

• Accredited Pilates Certification: Such as a Diploma/Cert 3/4 in Pilates, STOTT, Peak Pilates, Breathe Education, or Balance Body.
• Fitness Credentials: An NCCA‑approved CPT or Group Fitness Instructor certification (e.g., NASM) is also accepted.
• Safety First: Current, valid CPR and AED certifications.
• The "Factor": A magnetic personality and a genuine desire to help people move better and feel stronger.
