Compensation: $97.50 - $120.00 hourly
Candidates must be able to work in the US without sponsorship.

• Analyze, design, code and update software for new features and performance improvements.
• Strong experience in C++ software development.
• Experience with interface communication standards / protocols such as TCP/IP, UDP, and DDS.
• Advanced knowledge of the Linux operating system.
• Demonstrated experience with Docker and Kubernetes (RKE2) in containerization, Kubernetes management and automation technologies.
• Collaborate with all teams to support software deployments and integrations.
• Experience with software source control and configuration management tools.

• IMPACT:
  Works independently to achieve day-to-day objectives with significant impact on operational results or project deliverables. Responsible for entire projects or processes within a technical area. Typically responsible for coaching and reviewing the work of lower level technical staff.
• COMPLEXITY:
  Develops technical solutions that require collaboration with internal experts, deep analyses and understanding of impact on end-product/solution. Develops solutions to technical problems and issues that are unclear and require deep technical knowledge.
• COMMUNICATION:
  Communicates with internal and client project team members. Works to influence team members regarding solution design, process and/or approaches.
• KNOWLEDGE:
  Requires deep understanding of and ability to apply principles, theories, and concepts of technical domain and has broad understanding of other related specialty areas.
• Leadership & Talent Management:
  Requires expert knowledge of and ability to apply advanced technical principles, theories, and concepts. Typically requires BS degree and 8 - 12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6 - 10 years of prior relevant experience. May possess a Doctorate in technical domain.
• Note:
  
  This role requires expertise in one or more programming languages; candidate must be able to work in the US without sponsorship.
