HVAC Journeyman Mechanic

We are seeking a skilled Commercial HVAC Journeyman Mechanic to join our growing construction team. The ideal candidate will have experience of installing, maintaining, and trouble‑shooting commercial HVAC systems and be comfortable working on construction job sites.

This position requires the ability to read blueprints, perform high‑quality pipe welds, and maintain a strong commitment to safety.

Location:

DMV Area. Various locations (Traveling)

Job Type: Full-Time

• Install and service commercial HVAC systems (RTUs, split systems, air handlers, etc.).
• Diagnose and repair HVAC mechanical and electrical issues.
• Read and interpret blueprints and job specifications.
• Perform preventative maintenance and system start‑ups.
• Follow all safety procedures and building codes.

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience preferred.
• EPA Certification preferred.
• Ability to read mechanical plans.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments.
