Maintenance Technician - Fort Liberty, North Carolina

Maintenance Technician

H4 Enterprises is seeking a Maintenance Technician position with experience in one or more of the following skill sets:

• Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC)
• Maintenance Mechanic
• Painter
• Journeyman Plumber
• Journeyman Electrician

This position is located at Fort Bragg, NC and will require multiple years of experience. Must be able to pass a background examination and secure clearance prior to starting the position.

• HVAC Technician: Minimum of five (5) years of experience repairing and maintaining HVAC systems.
• Maintenance Mechanic: Minimum of five (5) years' experience in Facility Maintenance Operations and relevant skills for electrical, HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Journeyman Plumber: Minimum of five (5) years' experience maintaining and repairing building plumbing systems; ability to interpret plans and use plumbing tools.
• Journeyman Electrician: Minimum of five (5) years' experience maintaining and repairing building electrical systems; skilled in electrical testing equipment.
• Painter: Minimum of five (5) years' experience; knowledge of surface preparation, coating methods, and use of painting tools; able to lift up to 40 lbs.
