Maintenance Technician – Fort Liberty, North Carolina

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician with experience in HVAC, maintenance mechanics, plumbing, electrical, or painting. The position is located at Fort Bragg, NC and requires multiple years of experience. Successful applicants must be able to pass a background examination and secure clearance before starting.

• HVAC Technician
  :
  Three (3) years of experience repairing and maintaining HVAC systems;
  Must be CFC Certified and hold a valid NC State W91247-20-R-9005 8 License for HVAC Group Type II.
• Maintenance Mechanic
  :
  Minimum five (5) years in facility maintenance operations, with skills in electrical, HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical systems repair and preventive maintenance.
• Journeyman Plumber
  :
  Minimum five (5) years maintaining and repairing building plumbing systems; must hold a valid NC State Plumbing License, be able to interpret building plans and use required plumbing tools.
• Journeyman Electrician
  :
  Minimum five (5) years maintaining and repairing building electrical systems; must hold a valid NC Board of Electrical Contractors license and be skilled with testing equipment.
• Painter
  :
  Minimum five (5) years experience in painting; must know surface preparation, coating techniques, and use of paint tools; able to lift and move up to 40 lbs.
