Job Description
We are looking for an Embedded Electronic Security Tech II to join the team immediately. This person will be embedded in the customer site and be responsible for preventative maintenance, inventory and general coordination/project management for installation and service tickets in relation to electronic security system upgrades. This will be fully on-site and working a 10-6 PM shift Monday through Friday. This is a mixed hands‑on position + project management/coordination/subcontractor oversight for the DC and VA region.
- Assists with the design, procurement, logistics, installation, routine maintenance, sustainment, configuration, programming and lifecycle replacement of PACS, IDS, VSS and physical security systems.
- Corresponds with the assigned Regional Office to perform preventative and routine maintenance, troubleshooting, new installations, and other assigned responsibilities.
- Travels to field offices (FO) and corresponds with the assigned Regional Office to perform preventative and routine maintenance, troubleshooting, new installations, and other responsibilities.
- Assists with third‑party security systems integrations and software updates and helps train other personnel in the use of these systems.
- Assists with security assessments, technology upgrades, product selections, testing, field verification of systems and inspection of work in progress for compliance with applicable regulations and standards.

- 3+ years of documented experience in low voltage electrical systems, including Fire/Life Safety Systems, Access Control, CCTV, and Security Systems.
- C-Cure certification highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills.
