Sr. Test and Evaluation Analyst - Policy Security Clearance

Position: Sr. Test and Evaluation Analyst - Policy with Security Clearance
WANTED: A senior Air Force Test and Evaluation Policy SME with demonstrated experience in DOW program acquisition, test and evaluation planning, execution and policy and HQ Office Operations. The job location is at the Pentagon. Responsibilities
* 15 Years' relevant experience including test planning, execution, and reporting.
* Experience with in the last ten (10) years in the following:
* Developing and aligning test and evaluation policy with DoW's six acquisition pathways.
* Recommending and drafting revisions for DoW and Service instructions, manuals, and guides governing test and evaluation strategy and policy.
* Developing test and evaluation policy to address emerging issues on Cybersecurity, Foreign Military Sales (FMS), Directed Energy Weapons, Modeling & Simulation, Digital Engineering, Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence, Data/Knowledge Management, Agile Software Development, and Dev Sec Ops .
* Publishing test and evaluation policy documents and newsletters.
* Facilitating and documenting meetings on T&E strategy, planning, and policy. Qualifications
* Master's degree in STEM field preferred.

* preferred experience:
Previous experience with Department of Defense systems acquisition and T&E.

* Former Military experience
