Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter points at an aero and/or defense location;
Monitor access control points by observing entry and exit activity, verifying authorization as required by post orders, and directing visitors to the proper check-in process;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including notifying appropriate site contacts and/or public responders based on site protocols;
Complete timely documentation such as patrol logs and incident reports, and communicate relevant observations to site leadership and Allied Universal management
