Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or emergency services as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols of offices, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter, with working environments and conditions varying by location;
Monitor access points and visitor activity as assigned, verifying authorization, issuing temporary credentials when directed, and/or directing guests to appropriate check-in areas;
Complete detailed reports on patrols, incidents, and unusual activity, and communicate relevant information to oncoming personnel and/or site contacts
