As a Security Officer - Media Hub Unarmed Patrol in Arlington, VA
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom. • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and (when appropriate) emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business premises and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Monitor access points and observe for any unusual or prohibited activity, reporting concerns according to site protocols.
• Document and communicate incidents and/or irregularities to the appropriate personnel and Allied Universal management.
• Assist visitors and employees with directions and general inquiries while maintaining a professional presence.
• Support emergency preparedness and response efforts as required by the location's policiesalami procedure.

• At least 2 years of security‑related experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
