Senior Account Executive, GTS

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary up to $148,000
• Participation in an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance

• Manage client accounts to enhance customer satisfaction and drive account growth
• Achieve a quota responsibility of $800,000+ in contract value within a defined territory
• Execute Gartner’s sales methodology consistently and effectively
• Conduct account planning and territory management to optimize performance
• Maintain forecast accuracy on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis

• 5-8 years of proven consultative sales experience, preferably in a high technology environment
• Strong intellectual capability, drive, executive presence, and sales acumen
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with C-level executives in large enterprises
• Proficient in computer skills and capable of delivering effective presentations
• Knowledge of the complete sales process lifecycle

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field
