Job Overview
Amazon Leo is an initiative to launch a constellation of Low Earth Orbit satellites that will provide low‑latency, high‑speed broadband connectivity to unserved and underserved communities around the world. We are looking for an experienced, self‑starter Account Executive to drive adoption of Leo services with North American enterprise customers across multiple verticals (Energy, Manufacturing, Healthcare).
Key Responsibilities- Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and manage complex deals with multiple key accounts.
- Manage the lifecycle of complex cross‑functional customers, delivering outcomes with cross‑organizational impact.
- Execute and define sales strategies that complement product strategy with limited oversight.
- Implement and develop strategies for obtaining and delivering customer feedback.
- Partner or act as a thought leader for other sales teams on opportunities to contribute to the company.
- Contribute to strategic documents including regional and vertical GTM and account plans.
- Own reporting on forecasting and planning the business impact of each opportunity, focusing on actuals vs. plan targets.
- Close or significantly grow large or medium‑sized complex business opportunities.
- Build out Amazon Leo service revenue with a specific focus on key North American enterprise customers.
- Be customer obsessed, meeting both stated and unstated needs and aspirations.
- Execute strategic and tactical business development initiatives while working with key internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate supporting complex contract negotiations and business requirements to deliver results.
- Think strategically and analytically about business priorities, product, and technical challenges, delivering target‑based results working cross‑organisationally.
Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, a U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
Basic Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or Marketing.
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, or account management, preferably in telecommunications, satellite, connectivity, or technology sectors.
- Proven track record of closing complex, multi‑stakeholder enterprise deals with deal sizes of $1M+.
- Experience managing the full sales lifecycle from prospecting through contract negotiation and closure.
- MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field.
- 10+ years of enterprise sales experience in telecommunications, satellite communications, ISP, or related industries.

Base salary range:
USA, TX, Austin – $142,800 – $193,200 USD annually
USA, VA, Arlington – $142,800 – $193,200 USD annually
USA, WA, Bellevue – $142,800 – $193,200 USD annually
Package includes sign‑on payments, restricted stock units (RSUs), and sales incentives. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and location.
