This is an in‑person hospitality role based on site five days a week. Candidates must live within an easy commute of Arlington, VA. Our compensation package includes great commuter benefits.

As a Member Experience Manager you’ll be the go‑to problem solver and experience creator for our members. You’ll own the day‑to‑day operations of your location, use business sense to organize details and communications, and ensure smooth operation. You’ll represent Industrious in your local market, identify potential members, and deliver an exceptional day ’ll also pull together events, enjoy consulting sales approaches, and help the broader business community.

• Serve as the primary connector and problem solver for members.
• Own all aspects of location operations and public relations.
• Identify and engage potential members, presenting tailored solutions.
• Plan and execute community events and programming that resonate with users.
• Represent Industrious professionally to CEOs and other stakeholders.
• Drive consultative sales by uncovering and solving member needs.

Base salary starts at $71,000. Actual base compensation will be based on experience, skills, and qualifications. You will also be eligible for up to $11,000 in performance‑related bonus pay.
