This is an in-person hospitality role, based on site 5 days a week. Candidates must live within an easy commute of Arlington, VA. To help, our compensation package includes commuter benefits.

Our Member Experience Managers are the go-to problem solvers, momentum drivers, and experience creators for our members. You are the connector and the person everyone knows. As the manager of your own location you rely on your business sense to organize all the details and communications to ensure a smooth operation. You are comfortable communicating with executives and are eager to ask questions when you don’t know something.

You will connect with the broader business community to represent Industrious in your local market and identify potential members to deliver an exceptional day r curiosity supports our consultative sales approach by uncovering and solving people’s needs. You pull together remarkable events and handle the behind-the-scenes work to make them happen. You enjoy helping others.

The annual base compensation range for this role starts at $71,000. The final base compensation will be based on factors such as work experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and qualifications.

You will also be eligible for up to $11,000 in performance-related bonus pay. Base and bonus compensation are part of Industrious’ total compensation package, with other benefits including heavily subsidized healthcare plans, paid time off, wellness programs, a 401(k) plan, and additional benefits subject to eligibility and company policies.
