Our business is built on Elements Wellness Program sales and we reward our team when we meet our objectives.

• Confidently inform all clients about the benefits of the Elements Wellness Program, a no‑hassle plan
• Follow the proven sales process to successfully enroll clients into the Elements Wellness Program
• Serve as the first and final face of hospitality, whether on the phone or in the studio
• Ensure client appointment paperwork and payment processes are brief, painless, and accurate
• Collaborate with Managers and Massage Therapists to create an environment where clients are the center of the world

• Demonstrated success in sales is required — candidates must show prior experience meeting or exceeding sales goals, ideally in retail or service environments
• Ability to follow the proven sales process to sell the monthly Elements Wellness Program and build customer loyalty
• Strong communication skills must enjoy talking, but more importantly, excel at listening to clients
• Ability to turn client feedback into opportunities for exceptional customer service
• Customer service experience in a spa‑like or hospitality environment is a plus
• Familiarity with modern office tools and systems; scheduling and payments are processed with easy‑to‑learn computer programs
• Driven to create the best work environment for employees and the best experiences for clients

• Pay $15‑$18 per hour depending on experience
• Commission and bonuses based on monthly conversion numbers
