Express is seeking a Retail Sales Leader to join our team.

The Sales Leader manages floor and stockroom operations, trains associates, and ensures a positive in-store shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and motivate associates to maximize sales
  • Provide coaching and training on store operations, customer service, and standards
  • Partner with management to evaluate associate performance
  • Train associates on policies, procedures, and product knowledge
  • Implement action plans to improve results
  • Oversee daily store operations
  • Ensure appropriate staffing for optimal customer experience
  • Manage checkout and merchandise flow, including shipments and replenishment
  • Monitor customer service quality
  • Create effective schedules
  • Promote a customer-focused environment
  • Resolve customer issues positively
  • Lead by example in customer experience
  • Maintain product and policy knowledge
  • Assist with visual merchandising and store presentation
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Required Experience & Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of retail experience
  • Proficient with technology (iPad, registers)
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to meet physical requirements
