• Provide attentive and personalized service to guests
• Escort guests to tables and manage seating arrangements
• Handle guest inquiries and reservations
• Preparing the shift schedule
• Support training and development of team members

• Minimum 3 years of service experience in a hotel or restaurant
• Basic English communication skills and native-level Japanese proficiency
• Previous hospitality experience preferred
• Experience in large-scale restaurants or lounges preferred
• Knowledge of wines, spirits, and beverages preferred
• Basic computer literacy required
