Part‑time. Shift availability:
Days, Evenings, Nights. Base pay range: $31.50/hr – $36.50/hr rate of pay: $31.50 – $36.52/hr (plus shift differentials as applicable). Sign‑on bonus up to $7,500 for full‑time and up to $3,750 for part‑time (limited time). Access to daily pay.

- Provide nursing care to ensure resident needs are met in accordance with standards of practice, physician orders, center policies and procedures, and state, federal and local guidelines.
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion.
- Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Support residents’ physical, emotional, and psychological well‑being.
- Assist with resident comfort and provide wound care.
- Collect samples, monitor catheters, and keep resident patient information confidential.
- Maintain, track, and review patient medical history, charts, and physical condition—including heart rate, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration.
- Help coach staff as necessary.
- Current LPN license in Virginia.
- CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Previous LTC or SNF experience preferred; new grads welcome.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong clinical judgment.
