What You’ll Do- Build and maintain a portfolio of employer and property contacts
- Meet with businesses to teach them about programs, benefits, hybrid work best practices, and resources.
- Attend on‑site events, benefits fairs, tenant gatherings, and community activities to share information and engage with employees and residents.
- Create clear, accessible written content‑including short reports, email outreach, and blog‑style educational pieces.
- Collaborate with a supportive team to develop outreach campaigns, marketing materials, and client communications.
- Track outreach activity and maintain accurate information in a CRM system.
- Stay current on regional updates, training opportunities, and mobility‑related best practices.
- People who enjoy public speaking and engaging with all types of audiences.
- Strong conversationalists who can explain “technical” or detailed information in a friendly, approachable way.
- Candidates with backgrounds in education, community outreach, hospitality, retail leadership, customer engagement, property management, or public‑facing roles.
- Mission‑driven individuals who care about sustainability, helping others, and improving quality of life in their community.
- Self‑motivated outreach professionals who like being out in the field, meeting people, and taking initiative.
- 2+ years of experience in a professional setting involving outreach, education, customer engagement, account coordination, community work, or similar responsibilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfort meeting new people, presenting, and engaging at events.
- Ability to manage a territory, organize your schedule, and juggle multiple stakeholders.
- Interest in topics like transportation options, mobility programs, hybrid work, or commuter benefits (training provided).
- Experience using a CRM or the willingness to learn.
