JOB TITLE: Field Marketing Manager I
LOCATION: REMOTE
DURATION: 6 months
PAY RANGE: $46 - $56/hr.
Top Skills- 5+ years' experience managing events, including at least 3 years running field marketing events
- Experience running other field programs beyond physical events (webinars, 3rd party event sponsor ships, email campaigns, direct mail, etc.)
- Experience building new event programs, documentation, and enabling cross-functional teams at scale

MissionAs a Field Marketing Manager, Programs. You will be part of a high-growth tech startup with a collaborative culture. Reporting to the Sr. Group Manager of Programs, Americas Field Marketing, you will create and execute scalable programs in support of the Americas Field Marketing team, helping them execute effectively across the region.
Outcomes- Centralize and streamline the execution of programs owned by cross-functional teams and run in-region
- Support the development and rollout of scalable and efficient field marketing program kits that include guidance and deliverables for repeatable execution
- Work cross-functionally to set up and run effective and efficient meetings, hold teams accountable for deliverables, and not only gather feedback on programs but also provide input to stakeholders
- Own and execute key foundational programs to support AMER horizontal lead and pipeline generation
- Ability to work independently to build and manage program enablement assets
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership and follow through on program deliverables
- 5+ years' experience managing events, including at least 3 years running field marketing events
- Experience running other field programs beyond physical events (webinars, 3rd party event sponsor ships, email campaigns, direct mail, etc.)
- Experience building new event programs, documentation, and enablement of cross-functional teams at scale
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Experience with Tableau, SFDC, Asana, and Swoogo a plus
- Must be metrics-driven
Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate or annual salary only, unless otherwise stated. In addition to base compensation, full-time roles are eligible for Medical, Dental, Vision, Commuter and 401K benefits with company matching.
