Enhanced Role SummaryThe Senior Program/Project Manager oversees Agile teams, manages technical execution, ensures contract compliance, and aligns development efforts with mission requirements. They lead sprint planning, oversee staffing, manage schedules, facilitate communication with Government leadership, and ensure deliverables meet rigorous security, quality, and performance standards.
Responsibilities- Lead Agile software development teams across classified, unclassified, and SBU environments.
- Oversee schedules, QA processes, and deliverable tracking.
- Serve as primary liaison with Government stakeholders.
- Maintain documentation, reporting, and risk management artifacts.
- Ensure compliance with PWS requirements.
- 15+ years IT experience.
- 5+ years project management of web-based systems.
- 5+ years leading Agile teams of 10+.
- Secret clearance.
