We’re expanding into the Tysons Corner / Dulles, VA area, and we’re searching for a hands‑on General Manager to lead this exciting new station launch. This is a unique opportunity to build a team, create a culture, and take full ownership of operations from day one.

This role is perfect for a dynamic, people‑driven leader who thrives on building and leading medium to large teams in a fast‑paced environment. You’ll manage the daily operation, develop supervisors and frontline employees, and set the tone for excellence and accountability.

• Launch and lead a new Sky Hop station—hiring, training, and motivating a high‑performing team.
• Direct day‑to‑day operations ensuring on‑time, safe, and reliable service for airline partners.
• Build a culture of teamwork, communication, and continuous improvement.
• Manage payroll, scheduling, and P&L accountability to drive station success.
• Partner with HR and Training to ensure effective onboarding and employee development.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry safety standards.

• Starting at $100,000 plus up to 20% Monthly Bonus

• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing teams of 25+ (transportation, logistics, hospitality, or operations a plus)
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and inspire a team.
• Strong operational, organizational, and communication skills.
• Availability for a 24/7/365 business—includes weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must reside within 30 minutes commuting distance from Reagan International Airport or Tysons Corner.
