Primary ResponsibilitiesIn the role of Project Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- Directing and coordinating work of multidisciplinary teams throughout the project's lifecycle (from development to close-out)
- Managing all aspects of small to medium projects or routine large projects
- Producing and coordinating multiple projects concurrently
- Establishing and maintaining client relations, and participating in marketing, contractual, design, and production meetings
- Conducting work sessions for deliverable development with staff and stakeholders
- Coordinating staffing and workload, ensuring deliverables are completed on schedule
- Tracking financial aspects and adjusting work efforts to stay within budget and schedule
- Collaborating with finance, operations, and business leadership for project reviews
- Implementing QA/QC procedures
- Performing other duties as needed
- Experience or interest in sustainable design/LEED
- PMP certification
- Preference for local candidates

Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- 7 years related experience
- At least 2 years project management experience
- Registered Architect
- Ability to lead project teams
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project)
- Strong planning and mentoring skills
