As our Corporate Counsel, you'll leverage your legal expertise to create innovative compliance strategies that safeguard employees.

• Provide comprehensive legal guidance to Corporate Environmental Health & Safety and Corporate Security teams
• Monitor and interpret regulatory changes, ensuring robust compliance mechanisms across multiple business units
• Develop strategic safety and security frameworks that mitigate workplace risks
• Manage global regulatory inquiries and inspections with precision and expertise
• Collaborate with international legal teams to create cohesive safety strategies

Your day will be a blend of strategic problem-solving and collaborative legal support. You ll engage with cross-functional teams, diving deep into complex environmental, health, and safety challenges. From analyzing regulatory landscapes to crafting proactive compliance mechanisms, you ll play a critical role in shaping workplace safety standards.

• 5+ years of legal experience
• Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent
• Experience in Regulatory Law
• Experience in legal work
• Experience in both corporate law firm and/or in-house legal environments
• Comprehensive background in occupational safety and health compliance
• Proven ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes
• Strong understanding of occupational health and safety regulations
• Experience dealing with legal matters pertaining to OSHA is a plus
• Experience dealing with environmental law a plus

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
