Practice areas include: business, real estate, construction, employment law, lemon law, etc. The work involves both plaintiff and defense cases.

• Handle civil litigation matters with a focus on both plaintiff and defense work.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents with excellent writing skills.
• Collaborate with a team while also managing one's own time and responsibilities.
• Build business development opportunities and contribute to long-term growth of the practice.

• 2+ years of civil litigation experience
• Excellent research and writing skills
• Licensed to practice law in Virginia
• Good job tenure preferred; seeking a long-term fit
• Collaborative attitude—excels in teamwork and time management
• Either plaintiff or defense-side background accepted
