Amazon's Legal Department is looking for a talented Associate Corporate Counsel to support Amazon Web Services (AWS), a dynamic and rapidly growing business at the forefront of cloud computing.

This Associate Corporate Counsel will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders and will support the AWS Specialists & Partners team. The role involves drafting, negotiating, and advising on strategic contracts and initiatives with customers and partners. Typical transactions range from standard contracts to complex, high‑dollar‑value strategic agreements.

We hire attorneys with experience in a variety of practice areas, including litigators, general corporate, mergers & acquisitions, technical transactions, intellectual property, telecommunications, real estate, products, regulatory compliance, and privacy. Basic Qualifications

• 2+ years of legal experience
• Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in both corporate law firm and in‑house work
• Experience managing multiple projects and meeting aggressive deadlines

Base pay for this position ranges from $118,400 per year in our lowest geographic market to $195,700 per year in our highest geographic market, depending on location and experience. Compensation may include equity, sign‑on payments, and other benefits as part of a total compensation package.
