CGS is seeking a skilled OSINT/PAI Targeting Analyst (Language Enabled).

• Senior to support routine, Special Access Program (SAP), and compartmented projects, operations, and exercises for all intelligence disciplines.
• Conduct OSINT collection using MAS and OSINT tools on foreign sources to identify patterns and provide intelligence requirements.
• Create collection plans, draft Open Source Intelligence Reports (OSIRs), and support OSINT analytic production requirements.
• Contribute to OSIR quality reviews and language-based insights and expertise.
• Ensure all reporting meets Defense Intelligence requirements.

• Minimum of six (6) years of total experience as an intelligence analyst within the DoD or the Intelligence Community.
• Minimum of two (2) years of specific experience in OSINT/PAI exploitation, analysis, and reporting. Prior experience providing OSINT analytic support to special operations is preferred. (
  
  Note:
  
  experience with traditional/legacy OSINT duties (i.e. reviewing, translating, and/or reporting on feeds from domestic or foreign PAI, social media, or news sources) will not be considered equivalent experience).
• Strong proficiency in the current suite of available all-source intelligence tools, databases, and repositories.
• Strong proficiency in the current suite of available specific OSINT/PAI tools, databases, and repositories, as well as OSINT research and methodology.
• Understanding of OSINT/PAI authorities, regulations, and policy.
• Strong written communications skills and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of applications.
• Strong verbal briefing skills, able to brief at the O4/GS13 level or above.
• Must demonstrate foreign language proficiency (reading, listening, writing, speaking) on a designated language as identified by the Government.
• At the Government's discretion, analytic experience qualification requirements may be reduced or waived to meet the language proficiency requirement.
• Active DoD Top Secret/SCI.
