IT SME support is requested for the Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) G3's Army Trojan Management Office (ATMO)- Trojan Network Operations Center (TNOC).

Job Description

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

• TNOC personnel provide Tier I customer service support to US ARMY INSCOM customers
• Actively monitor network and terminal operations to ensure connectivity and availability
• Monitor network data traffic patterns to minimize choke points
• Accountable for all aspects of Network requirements and manages the hands-on, day-to day issues related to Networks
• Provide system administrator support for GET TDN2 AD environment
• Responsible for the hands-on, day-to-day issues related to user accounts and access to GET TDN2 AD and GET WAN Education and Certifications Certificates: IAT Level 2: A+
-CE, or Network + CE, Security + CE, or SSCP, or CCNA
- Security Experience
• 5 years supporting Network Operations and Microsoft Active Directory environments PLACE OF PERFORMANCE Fort Belvoir, VA

Work Hours:

Thurs-Sat and every other Wednesday  (one is an 8-hour day) SECURITY Must possess at minimum a TS Clearance with SCI eligibility. Must be willing to obtain a CI Poly Must be U.S. citizens and capable of maintaining a final TS/SCI security clearance. Additionally, all personnel will require access to NATO classified material and will require read on to NATO. Compensation Details:
$108,000 - $110,000 The compensation range or hourly rate listed for this position is provided as a good-faith estimate of what the company intends to offer for this role at the time this posting was issued. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as job responsibilities, education, experience, skills, internal equity, market data, applicable collective bargaining agreements, and relevant laws.
