Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Systems Integration Engineer III to join our team!

• Design, develop, and integrate security and monitoring technology solutions in support of a federal agency’s mission‑critical operations.
• Leverage a minimum of five years of experience in system engineering, cybersecurity, and software/hardware integration, with expertise in secure system design, network security, and monitoring technologies.
• Apply strong foundations in secure system architecture, vulnerability management, and compliance with federal security standards.
• Employ scripting and programming skills in Python, C/C++, Power Shell, or Bash, along with database management experience (Postgre
  
  SQL, MySQL, or SQL Server).
• Utilize strong technical problem‑solving, communication, and collaborative skills in a high‑security environment.

• Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Systems Engineering, or related field (or 5+ years of related experience).
• 5+ years in system engineering, cybersecurity, and integration.
• Proficiency in system design, network security, and security monitoring solutions.
• Strong programming and scripting skills in Python, C/C++, Power Shell, C#, or VB.
• Experience with Postgre
  
  SQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.
• Hands‑on experience with system hardening, patch management, and vulnerability remediation.
• Knowledge of secure software and system lifecycle management.
• Experience assisting in hardware and firmware integration for secure deployments.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in fast‑paced, high‑security environments.
• Experience supporting custom hardware integration for security applications.
• Cybersecurity certification:
  Security+, CEH, or GSEC.
• Computer‑aided design or 3D printing experience.
• Experience developing, maintaining, and operating U.S. Department of State Special Countermeasures Systems.
• Experience developing, implementing, and integrating Department of State IDS and ACS solutions.

• 10‑25% CONUS and OCONUS travel for program coordination. Domestic travel may be required for training and program coordination.

An active Top Secret security clearance is required for this position. This role is part of our Federal Solutions team, which delivers resources to U.S. government customers to ensure the success of missions worldwide.
