• Develop an in-depth understanding of customer business drivers and decision-making processes
• Collaborate with sales team to create tailored solutions that address customer needs
• Lead technical evaluations and deliver engaging product presentations to clients
• Capture customer requirements and translate them into innovative technical solutions
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitive landscape to maintain thought leadership

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in technology, design, and communications
• Experience in pre‑sales, particularly in enterprise storage, networking, or cloud solutions
• Strong knowledge of modern web architecture and multi‑tiered client/server solutions
• Familiarity with storage architectures such as FC, iSCSI, NAS, and SAN
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Previous experience targeting new prospects and converting them into clients
• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, GCP, and microservices architectures
• Experience with Linux and NFS file systems in distributed network environments
• Familiarity with storage‑intensive applications and structured databases (SQL, Oracle)
• Passion for technology and the ability to explain complex concepts to customers
