Business Analyst

Our client, a government services provider, is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team. As a Business Analyst, you will be part of the Department of Defense support team supporting Task Management Tool (TMT) deployments. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, technical skills, and the ability to navigate complex work environments, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Support the deployment and expansion of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Apps TMT solutions on-site at client locations.
• Collaborate with business users, project sponsors, and senior leadership to ensure successful solution implementation.
• Perform process improvement activities and create Power Automate flows to optimize workflows.
• Conduct classroom training and desk-side support for users and technical staff.
• Develop and update training materials, configuration documentation, and management reports using Power BI.

What's Needed?

• Experience working on-site in a government or similar environment, with no remote work options.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Business Intelligence tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to perform functional testing and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Prior experience supporting task management or similar enterprise solutions is preferred.
