Required Skills:

• Extensive experience managing and administering Service Now, including configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on development expertise with custom workflows, scripts, and system integrations within Service Now.
• Deep understanding of ITIL frameworks and ITSM best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform root cause analysis.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and user support.
• Familiarity with IT security policies and cybersecurity principles in a government setting.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working with Agile methodologies using tools like Microsoft Azure Dev Ops.
• Prior support experience for government agencies or federal contracts.
• Knowledge of automated processes and workflows in other enterprise systems.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years in IT support, system administration, or a similar field.
• At least 3 years of Service Now ITSM experience in a development or consulting role.
• Relevant certifications such as Service Now Certified System Administrator, Service Now Certified Application Developer, and ITIL Foundation Certification.
