Key Responsibilities Provide therapeutic and scientific leadership for protocol design and feasibility, ensuring alignment with global standards Serve as the lead clinical expert for proposals and early concepting, delivering insights and risk strategies Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, PIs, and clinical sites to enhance enrollment performance and data quality
Required Qualifications Advanced degree (MD, PhD, Pharm
D or equivalent); board certification or clinical practice experience preferred Significant therapeutic expertise in CNS Experience in drug development within a sponsor, CRO, or academic environment, particularly in late-phase clinical programs Proven scientific credibility with CNS-focused KOLs and clinical sites Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen in program cost estimation and operational risk assessment
