Key Responsibilities Address and resolve complex technical issues through advanced troubleshooting Collaborate with engineering, product, and support teams to ensure efficient incident resolution Identify underlying causes of critical issues and improve processes to prevent recurrence
Required Qualifications 4 or more years of technical experience with relevant products Hands-on experience with Java/J2EE and troubleshooting Java/Spring applications
Experience with build automation tools such as Maven or Gradle Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and REST web services
Experience with relational databases and ability to write simple SQL queries
