Key Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate new technologies and procedures for operational deployment Engage with flight operations leadership to ensure training activities meet operational needs Oversee the development and delivery of high-impact training content and mentor a multidisciplinary team
Required Qualifications Part 107 Remote pilot certificate 12+ years of experience in aviation training, operations, or flight test 5+ years of experience in building and mentoring high-performing teams Bachelor's degree in a directly related field or equivalent practical experience Commercial Pilot Certificate and Certified Flight Instructor desired
