MDB Group is seeking to fill an FDP (Transparency/Readiness) Senior Analyst - Army Force Development position for our customer in Arlington, VA. We are a Small Business Administration certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) located in Lorton, Virginia. MDB Group provides Technical, Operational, Force Development, Financial, and Acquisition Consulting Services to the Department of Defense. We currently have team members supporting the Army Deputy Chief of Staff for Programs (G-8) Force Development (FD) Directorates;

the Assistant Secretary of the Army (Acquisition, Logistics, and Technology): and the Office of the Under Secretary of Defence for Intelligence & Security. We are honored to have been awarded our third consecutive Army G8 Force Development contract.

Full Job Description

• Job Title: FDP (Transparency/Readiness)
  Senior Analyst
• Job Location: On-site, Pentagon
• Security Clearance: Secret

Position Requirements:

• Requires familiarity with acquisition and programming, to include budget exhibits.
• Requires superior skills in database management and Microsoft Excel to manipulate large amounts of data.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assess the data collection files in AE2S through the course of each data collection period. This assessment requires coordination with ASA (FMC), ASA (ALT) and the Army DCS G-8 AOs. The assessment will include a quality control (QC) report using, but not limited to, available AE2S reporting tools.
• In addition to AE2S reporting tools the contractor will include MS Excel and manual data collection to bridge any information gaps as identified by government leadership.

Minimum Qualifications:

• DoD Army Force Development/Force Management experience.
• HQDA or equivalent level experience (Marine Corps, Navy, and Air Force).
• Army Force Management School Courses such as How The Army Runs (HTAR) or Any such courses.
• Bachelor's Degree

Preferred:

• 8 years of DOD Force Development experience.
• Experience on Pentagon/DOD staff or acquisition assignments.
