IT Project Manager, Systems Analyst
Our client, a global non-profit dedicated to environmental conservation is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Project Manager to join their close-knit, high-performing marketing team. This is a crucial, short-term assignment (expected 3-5 months) to ensure project continuity and efficiency during a busy and critical period for the team. Please note that this will begin as a part-time position (15-20 hours per week), hours may increase during ramp-up.

- Project Traffic Management: Act as the primary traffic manager and flow coordinator for creative and marketing projects, ensuring the team is aware of deadlines, priorities, and potential conflicts.
- Workflow Coordination (ASANA Expert): Masterfully utilize ASANA to set up, track, and manage all project tasks, timelines, and dependencies. Proficiency in this platform is an absolute must.
- Blocker Identification & Resolution: Proactively monitor the project boards and communicate with team members to identify, flag, and help resolve any roadblocks or hold-ups preventing tasks from moving forward.
- Meeting Facilitation: Lead and facilitate regular team check-in meetings and stand‑ups to review project status, task lists, and next steps, driving accountability and clarity.
- Project Stakeholder Alignment: For more complex projects, schedule and lead check‑in meetings with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives, deliverables, and expectations.
- Administrative Support: Provide essential administrative and coordination support to the team, managing project documentation and ensuring all materials are organized and accessible.
