• Serve as the primary technical authority for the BSA E-File and BO E-File platforms, owning architectural decisions, standards, and best practices across the full stack.
• Lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions using React, Java, Postgre
  
  SQL, Dynamo
  
  DB, and AEM Forms/PDF.
• Define and enforce coding standards, code review processes, and quality gates to ensure consistent, production-ready deliverables.
• Evaluate and resolve complex technical challenges, performance bottlenecks, and integration issues across the system landscape.
• Oversee the development and management of e-filing workflows and form generation using AEM Forms, ensuring compliance with BSA and BO regulatory requirements.
• Support data architecture decisions across relational (Postgre
  
  SQL) and No
  
  SQL (Dynamo
  
  DB) data stores, ensuring data integrity, security, and optimal performance.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for the client and external stakeholders, building trust through transparent communication and consistent delivery.
• Translate business and regulatory requirements into technical solutions, ensuring alignment between stakeholder expectations and development output.
