• Conduct data analysis or research in one or more Medicaid and CHIP data domains, including Eligibility and Enrollment Performance Indicator data, TAF, Behavioral Health, Expenditures, 416T reports, and Health outcomes.
• Handle analyses around a very large dataset, identifying outliers and calculating utilization rates across different geographies.
• Perform predictive data analysis to determine forecast utilization or enrollment seasonality.
• Dive deep into data quality standards, working closely with project leadership to identify what constitutes a ‘good’ dataset—considering referential integrity, conformity to expected values, and comprehensiveness.
• Present findings and analysis in a clear format to project and client leadership.

• Must be able to obtain and maintain the required Public Trust clearance for this role.
• 8+ years of experience in data science, data analysis, or data engineering functions.
• 5+ years of advanced Python experience for data manipulation and analysis.
• 5+ years of experience with Databricks for data engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in Medicaid/Medicare analysis, rules, and compliance.
• Ability to travel 10‑15%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

• Advanced SQL skills.
• Experience with large health care datasets, including claims, enrollment, providers, and financials.
• Master's degree.
• Previous Federal Health experience.
• Active Public Trust clearance.
