GenAI Demo Architect , AWS Professional Services

At AWS Professional Services (Pro Serve), we build customer solutions that accelerate business outcomes and reinvent customer and employee experiences. The Generative AI Experience Center Solutions Specialist role creates industry‑grade demonstrations that provide AWS customers with real‑time buying capability in a physical space. You will educate customers and partners on AI technologies transforming industries—financial services, public sector, and healthcare—across automated reasoning, physical AI digital solutions, regulatory compliance, and advanced analytics.

You will build high‑quality demonstrations, provide technical guidance to activate solutions, and offer hands‑on architectural guidance for customer projects involving AWS services and ISV/partner solutions.

• Deliver engaging tours of the GenAI Experience Center for customers and partners
• Adapt presentations based on audience industry, role, and technical expertise
• Facilitate hands‑on demonstrations and interactive experiences
• Gather customer feedback and insights to improve the visitor experience
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure demonstration readiness
• Support pipeline tracking and follow‑up engagement coordination

• Bachelor's degree, or 7+ years of professional or military experience
• 5+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience
• Experience with AI/ML technologies
• 2+ years of hands‑on experience with Python to build, train, and evaluate models
• Knowledge of AWS services including compute, storage, networking, security, databases, machine learning, and serverless technologies
• Experience communicating technical concepts to diverse audiences in pre‑sales environments
• Degree in advanced technology
• AWS Professional level certification
• Knowledge of deep learning, machine learning and statistics
• Experience building generative AI applications on AWS using services such as Amazon Bedrock and Amazon Sage Maker

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
