• Leads implementation of Smart Building standards
• Supports national rollout of GSAView features
• Supports occupancy analytics
• Supports analysis of digital signage standards
• Coordinates across Public Building Service business

• Deep expertise in Smart Buildings, CMMS (including IBM Maximo), BAS/FDD, ESPC, and other relevant topics.
• Experience in the development of standards, technical strategies, and strategic decision-making and translates complex concepts into actionable guidance for program teams and executives.
• Requires Bachelor's (Master’s preferred) and 6 to 10 years of relevant experience. Recognized authority in their respective domain. PMP preferred.

• Experience in energy management
• Experience in building commissioning
• Experience supporting operational insights applications, single-pane-glass, or unified user interfaces
• Experience with KODE OS application or other similar applications and/or platforms
• Experience configuring, commissioning, and/or operating building automation and controls systems
• Experience in analyzing data
