Job Summary:

CALIBRE Systems, Inc. is an employee-owned management consulting and digital transformation company supporting government and industry. They are seeking a Strategic Planner/Analyst to support missions of the National Guard Bureau by reviewing and developing strategic documents and providing analysis and recommendations to NGB leaders.

Responsibilities:

• Support NGB J8 engagement and participation in the review and development of strategic documents, plans, GFM products, concepts, wargames, and analysis. Assess equities and implications for the National Guard forces, capabilities, and resourcing.

• Assist in assessing issues, providing timely information, and developing recommendations for NGB leaders in support of their participation in senior leader forums.

• Support developing and responding to formal staffing actions via ETMS
2. Assist in developing, staffing, and finalizing NGB senior leader correspondence and written military advice.

• Collaborate with staff across the NGB JS and DoD to develop or maintain relationships that aid in situational awareness and knowledge of NGB missions and anticipate requirements in support of NGB senior leaders.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Current Top Secret clearance and eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI)

• Must possess proven analytical and strong organizational skills

• Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task across concurrent initiatives

• Exceptional verbal and written communication and organization skills

• Advanced proficiency with groupware applications (e.g., SharePoint, MS Teams) and the Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint., etc.)

• Must be able to travel

Preferred:

• Proficiency in DOD tasking systems (e.g. CATMS, ETMS2)
