Loop Net is hiring a User Researcher to uncover insights about our core audiences: brokers/owners and tenants/buyers. This role will conduct qualitative research, competitive analysis, and inform product and design decisions. This person will report into the Director of Design and collaborate across product teams to ensure our solutions are grounded in user needs.

• Plan and execute user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Analyze competitive platforms and market trends.
• Synthesize findings into actionable recommendations for product and design teams.
• Collaborate with designers and product managers to inform strategy and prioritization.
• Maintain research documentation and share insights across the organization.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, not-for-profit, in-person university or college.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in user research or UX research roles.
• Strong qualitative and competitive analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
• Experience in real estate or marketplace platforms preferred.
• A track record of commitment to prior employers.
