Systems Reliability Engineer

The Systems Reliability Engineer supports mission-critical enterprise systems and infrastructure across cloud and on-prem environments. This role is responsible for system administration, infrastructure operations, provisioning, maintenance, backup and recovery, virtualization, and data center support.

• Support and maintain AWS cloud services (e.g., compute, database, serverless)
• Administer Windows and Linux server environments, including directory services and file sharing
• Manage enterprise backup and recovery solutions
• Support virtualization platforms and virtual server environments
• Maintain data center hardware, including servers and related infrastructure
• Ensure reliability, availability, and operational best practices across systems

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
• 4+ years supporting AWS cloud services
• 3+ years supporting Windows and Linux server operating systems
• 2+ years administering enterprise backup and recovery solutions
• Experience with virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware)
• Experience supporting data center hardware and backup infrastructure

• AWS certification (Cloud Practitioner or higher)
• Experience with enterprise storage solutions (SAN/NAS)
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform) and Dev Ops practices
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
