Appian Engineer

You’ll work alongside talented professionals reimagining and reengineering operations and processes that are critical to businesses. Your contributions can help clients improve financial performance, accelerate new digital ventures, and fuel growth through innovation.

• Work with Appian platform essentials to deliver scalable solutions.
• Utilize knowledge of Business Process Management & Reengineering to develop Appian solutions.
• Integrate Appian solutions with web services, databases, or other systems.
• Build process models and executable workflows within Appian.
• Design dynamic user interfaces and complete applications to support client needs.
• Build and apply complex business rules to permissions within Appian.
• Interpret and troubleshoot technical issues within Appian design objects.

Deloitte’s Government & Public Services (GPS) practice provides end-to-end design, implementation, and technology operations, leveraging our core engineering expertise to help transform teams, modernize technology, and deliver complex programs with a product engineering mindset.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role.
• Appian Certified Developer or Appian Certified Senior Developer Certifications.
• 2+ years of experience developing Appian solutions.
• 3+ years of experience in successful software delivery or software development.
• Ability to travel 15-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

• Active Secret level Security Clearance.
• Knowledge of Appian platform essentials and suite of capabilities.
• Familiarity with software delivery methodologies such as agile/scrum.
