AI Engineer- Level III

Overview

Arlington, VA – Contract On‑Site, 100% Remote Flexibility. Position: AI Engineer, Level III (Remote).

• Conduct a thorough assessment of the current HRTS applications landscape and document existing gaps and opportunities for AI and automation.
• Propose solutions and recommendations for system enhancements, including software updates, integrations, and process improvements.
• Generate AI models and algorithms for HR purposes.
• Develop project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and progress reports.
• Communicate effectively with other team members, stakeholders, and business partners.

• Minimum 8 to 12 years of overall relevant experience.

• 3‑5 years of experience in software development leveraging AI, analytics support, and leadership roles.

• Knowledge of Oracle Forms/Reports, SAP ERP, Web Sphere, Tomcat Java, Python, and Git Hub.

• A degree from an accredited college/university in the applicable field is required; if the degree is not in the applicable field, an additional four years of related experience is required.

• Candidate must be able to perform all functional duties independently.
• Special credentials (licenses and/or certifications) may be required at the task order level on a case-specific basis.
• Must pass client‑mandated clearance process, including drug screening, criminal history check, and credit check.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or have permanent residence status (Green Card).
• Must have lived in the U.S. for the past five years.
• Must not have traveled outside the U.S. for more than six months within the last five years (military service excluded; military family members excluded).
