  • Collaborate with program management, cybersecurity engineers, enterprise architects, strategic planners, SIG personnel, and application development teams to drive adoption of Dev Sec Ops  across the enterprise.
  • Support IT governance activities by reviewing policies, producing technical assessments, and contributing to comment resolution matrices.
  • Ensure Dev Sec Ops  solutions align with ARNG-wide IT strategy, digital modernization plans, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, configuration standards, and knowledge management artifacts.
  • Prepare executive summaries, briefings, and technical communications to support enterprise planning and leadership decision-making.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 4 years of experience supporting Dev Sec Ops , secure software engineering, or enterprise IT modernization efforts.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance (required).

  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, RMF, compliance, and governance within DoD or IC environments.
  • Experience aligning technical solutions with enterprise architecture, IT strategy, and policy-driven requirements.
  • Ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and communicate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting Army, ARNG, or DoD enterprise environments.
  • Familiarity with Zero Trust, cloud‑native security, or platform engineering concepts.
  • Experience contributing to policy development, technical assessments, or governance documentation.
