We are currently seeking a Field Tech Senior Specialist to join our team in Arlington (REMOTE), Virginia (US-VA), United States (US).

The Ad-Hoc MSD AV Technician provides specialized audiovisual support within Deskside Services at Headquarters under Mission and Site Support Services in the Service Delivery Line of Business, focusing primarily on ensuring the proper functioning of conference room technologies while also incorporating general deskside duties to maintain IT reliability and minimize disruptions during meetings, conferences, or events. Leveraging expertise in audiovisual equipment setup and troubleshooting, along with knowledge of conference room technologies such as computers, audio systems, and large screen displays, this role assists customers with scheduled rooms to verify that all components work seamlessly together and performs periodic proactive inspections to prevent issues like inadvertent disconnections.

Strong problem-solving skills for AV integration and connectivity issues, combined with proficiency in hardware and software troubleshooting, enable quick resolutions and setup assistance for facilitating events. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, familiarity with ITSM tools like Service Now, and the ability to provide timely on-site support ensure positive user experiences, while contributing to comprehensive site support that enhances productivity and operational efficiency across headquarters facilities.

• Minimum 5 years' of experience supporting audio/visual (A/V) roles or responsibilities
• Bachelor degree, One-and-one-half (1.5) years of additional experience can substitute for one (1) year of atypical degree program.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $83,204 - $124,806. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.

This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
