As a Project Delivery Specialist on the project, you will design, build, and maintain solutions that connect disparate systems, applications, and data sources using integration platforms and APIs.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain end-to-end integrations connecting systems, applications, and data sources using integration platforms and APIs
• Develop and support API-based and service interfaces to enable reliable data exchange and workflow automation
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable integration designs and deliverables
• Troubleshoot, monitor, and resolve integration incidents, performance issues, and data flow failures; perform root-cause analysis
• Optimize integrations for reliability, scalability, and security, applying appropriate security protocols and best practices
• Deliver work in an Agile environment using disciplined engineering practices, including version control, code reviews, and documentation

• Proven experience designing and delivering integrations using integration tools/platforms and APIs
• Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills across distributed systems
• Hands‑on experience working in Agile delivery environments
• Proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git-based workflows)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across business and technical teams
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
• Ability to travel 20‑30%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

• Experience with Salesforce cloud services (e.g., building/hosting integrations or APIs in cloud environments)
• Familiarity with common security protocols (e.g., OAuth2/OIDC, SAML, mTLS, JWT)
• Exposure to enterprise architecture concepts and integration patterns (e.g., ESB/iPaaS, event‑driven architecture, canonical data models)
